Managing Director
David is a Managing Director at IMA Diligence Services, where he conducts asset-based lending examinations for banks and non-bank lenders and supports quality of earnings engagements across a variety of transaction types. His work includes diligence engagements ranging in size and complexity, supporting a broad range of debt structures and capital transactions.
David brings a strong foundation in financial reporting, audit, and risk analysis. Before joining IMA Diligence Services, he was a Manager in the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young, LLP, where he focused on financial statement audits for both public and private companies in the financial services industry. He also gained experience in forensic accounting through EY’s Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services group.
David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics and a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
