Dan is Vice President of Business Development at IMA Diligence Services. He is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, lenders, and corporate clients. Dan plays a key role in connecting clients with tailored financial diligence solutions that support mergers, acquisitions, and capital transactions.

Dan brings a diverse background in capital markets and professional services to his role. Earlier in his career, he focused on raising capital for private investments across hedge funds, structured products, energy, and real estate. He later transitioned into business development roles within the public accounting sector, where he supported both private and public companies in identifying solutions across audit, tax, and consulting. Prior to joining IMA Diligence Services, Dan was a Vice President at a global professional services firm, working closely with high-growth, VC- and PE-backed companies.

Dan holds a degree from the University of Kansas.
