Brianbrings broad experience in financial and lender diligence, with a focus on collateral examinations, portfolio reviews, quality of earnings, and other financial consulting engagements. He has conducted diligence on transactions ranging from $1 million to $750 million for both privately held and publicly traded companies.
Brian has significant expertise within the specialty finance sector, having worked extensively on engagements involving factors, private debt funds, merchant cash advance (MCA) lenders, and loan portfolios. His work includes assessing asset quality, evaluating borrowing bases, and analyzing risk across complex lending structures. In addition to specialty finance, he has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, financial services, retail, insurance, and healthcare.
Before joining IMA Diligence Services, Brian was a Senior Associate in the Audit and Advisory Services group at WeiserMazars LLP, where he conducted audits and financial due diligence engagements across a diverse set of clients. He was responsible for all phases of project execution, including budgeting, planning, testing, and reporting.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, with a double major in Accountancy and Sociology. He is fluent in Spanish.
