Brandon leads financial diligence projects for lenders, private equity firms, and corporate clients. His work spans both domestic and international engagements, including transactions involving private and public multinational corporations across industries such as manufacturing, commodities, professional services, energy, healthcare, government contracting, and specialty finance. He has experience conducting collateral field examinations, portfolio reviews, and quality of earnings analyses, providing clients with clear insights into both asset quality and financial performance.
Brandon’s background includes work on transactions of varying size and complexity, with deal values surpassing $1 billion. He brings a strong technical foundation and a practical approach to delivering insights that support client decision-making across both lender diligence and M&A settings.
Before joining IMA Diligence Services, Brandon worked in Deloitte’s Audit Practice in Chicago, specializing in financial services. He performed GAAP audits for PCAOB and AICPA clients as well as statutory audits for insurance companies. His audit experience provided him with deep expertise in financial statement analysis and project management, skills he continues to apply in diligence engagements.
Brandon earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois and was awarded the Excel Award by the Illinois CPA Society for his performance on the CPA exam.
