Brad performs financial diligence for lenders, private equity firms, and corporate clients. His work includes both quality of earnings analyses and collateral field examinations across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, construction, retail, distribution, and specialty finance. Within the specialty finance sector, Brad has experience evaluating factors, private debt funds, merchant cash advance (MCA) lenders, and loan portfolios, providing lenders and investors with detailed insights into asset quality, portfolio performance, and credit risk.
Brad’s experience spans a wide variety of equity and debt structures, with transactions ranging from middle-market deals to those exceeding $1 billion in value. He combines strong technical expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach, delivering reliable insights that support confident decision-making across both lender diligence and M&A engagements.
Before joining IMA Diligence Services, Brad worked in the Audit Practice at Plante Moran in Chicago, where he specialized in the investment, technology, and insurance sectors. In addition to audit engagements, he supported consulting projects, including developing and refining a cash flow projection model for a regional bank. His audit background provided him with strong project management capabilities and a deep understanding of financial statements and cash flows, which he now applies to diligence assignments.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed CPA in Illinois.
