Andrew advises private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and also supports post-close transaction services, helping to ensure a seamless transition after the deal. He has significant experience leading quality of earnings analyses, including revenue recognition, expense normalization, and working capital assessments, with a focus on identifying underlying trends and potential risks that could impact valuation and deal structure. His work often involves analyzing customer and product-level profitability, evaluating recurring versus non-recurring earnings, and assessing the sustainability of cash flows.
Andrew has led QoE and transaction advisory engagements across industries such as software, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology, food service, and construction, with transaction values surpassing $500 million. By combining technical diligence expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach, he helps clients anticipate challenges, refine deal terms, and move forward with confidence.
Andrew’s background combines audit and transaction advisory experience. He began his career at PwC, performing GAAP audits for PCAOB and AICPA clients in the real estate and manufacturing sectors. He then joined Crowe’s Transaction Services group, where he advanced to Manager and focused exclusively on M&A due diligence. In this role, Andrew led engagements across multiple industries, overseeing client relationships, project execution, and team management.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
