Andrew is the Head of UK Diligence at IMA Diligence Services, specializing in asset-based lending examinations and insolvency-related matters. He has led diligence engagements across the UK and Europe, working with businesses in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and financial services. His experience covers a broad range of collateral types, including receivables, inventory, property, and plant & machinery.
Andrew brings a well-rounded background spanning audit, relationship management, and leadership roles within both independent and high street lending institutions. He has managed complex borrowing relationships across multiple asset classes and has guided clients through challenging situations, including successful workout and recovery assignments.
Earlier in his career, Andrew was part of KPMG LLP’s Corporate Recovery team before joining RBS Group, where he transitioned into the lending sector. His combination of professional services and lender-side experience provides clients with a balanced and practical perspective.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
