Allison oversees the planning, budgeting, and execution of lender diligence exams across both domestic and international markets. She plays a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables, reinforcing IMA Diligence Services’ reputation for reliability and excellence with clients. In addition to coordinating the firm’s lender diligence portfolio, Allison contributes to the company’s strategic vision, manages financial reporting, and supports business operations. She also partners closely with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure their evolving needs are met with timely, high-quality solutions.

Prior to joining IMA Diligence Services, Allison served in various roles within the commercial credit department at a regional bank.  She received formal credit training through a two-year Leadership Development Program and managed a portfolio of distressed borrowers during the financial crisis in the late 2000s.  She assumed responsibility for due diligence coordination and review across the commercial, specialty finance, and asset-based lending portfolios before expanding her role to manage operations for a $3 billion portfolio. She later worked directly with the Chief Credit Officer, where she focused on credit risk policy improvements, process efficiencies, and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Business in Finance from Western Illinois University and Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
