Amanda is a Managing Director at IMA Diligence Services, where she leads business development and strategic growth initiatives. Since joining the firm at its inception in 2009, Amanda has been instrumental in expanding IMA’s reach to more than 500 clients worldwide—including lenders, investment banks, private equity funds, and corporates. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a trusted international brand, now operating across nine offices in the U.S. and U.K.
Amanda brings a proven track record of sales leadership and client development, having built long-term relationships that drive sustained growth. She began her career in banking, serving in underwriting at LaSalle National Bank after completing its credit training program, and later worked as an originator at a private debt fund, where she sharpened her ability to source, structure, and close complex transactions.
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is a former president of the SFNet Association and an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
